Banana Protein Milkshake using the blender;
1 scoop of Protein
1/2 cup of ice
3/4 cup of milk
*You can pick any kinda stuff you like to eat to throw in!*
berries, avocado, NUTS, apples etc.
With the protein you get from the protein powder,
the fats from avocado, nuts &fat
plus some of the carbs from the fruits &nuts,
THIS IS ALMOST A MINI COMPLETE MEAL!
What you will need
Plain yogurt (it is supposed to be sour cause there is very lil sugar added, thus, healthier)
Berries of any kind
*or any kinda fruits you love*
Arrange each individual layer by layer into the jam jar
&you are now done!
(I used a spoon&fork to help me with arranging)
*Note that the yogurt can only be outta the fridge for max of 2 hours!
