4. PMS (guys, y'all know what to do now! HAHAH):
It contains vitamin B6 which regulates blood glucose levels,
which can affect your mood.

5. Blood pressure: Banana is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt,
making it perfect to beat blood pressure. 

6. Brain power: Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit 
can assist learning by making you more alert.

7. Constipation: High in fiber, including it in our diet can help restore normal bowel action.

8. Hangovers: One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake,
