{Meatball Recipe}


Serving Size: 2 pax

What you will need
Minced Meat Chicken/Beef
1 egg
Garlic seasoning
Black Pepper

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees.

Take out half of the minced meat, 
sprinkle them with garlic seasoning
&black pepper. 

Then roll them into ping-pong balls,
depending on what size you prefer.

Crack an egg into a bowl & beat it well.
Place the meatballs into the egg mixture, 
making sure that they are well coated
&let them soak for about 5 minutes.

Pop them into the oven for a duration of 15 minutes.

&you're done!
