{Scrambled Eggs Recipe}

 If I can have my way, 
I would wanna have eggs all day everyday :>
&the easiest to prepare
is scrambled eggs!

Love having mine with extra bits of bacon inside
&here's the simple steps to making this yummy healthy dish.


What you will need:
5 Egg Whites
2 Egg Yolks
2 Tea Spoons of milk (low fat)
Turkey Bacon
Oil (I use Olive Oil)

Serving Size:1-2 pax


Start by cracking the egg whites and egg yolks into the bowl.
(Remember to separate the there yolk away from the egg whites!)


Add the 2 tea spoons of milk into 
&then beat the mixture up!


Time to add the bacon in!
I used turkey bacon cause it is lesser in fat
& I am not really a fan of pork.
Chop the bacon up into small pieces 
&add them into the mix.


Pour a thin layer of oil onto the pan
&heat it up!


Then pour the mixture onto the pan!
Make sure to stir it when some parts of it is getting cooked.


Keep flipping it them all the different parts are cooked
&you're done!
