{Working the Arms}

 Who wouldn't wanna have nice sexy toned arms?
So here's some of the exercises I do to target my arms.
There's two main parts,
the biceps &the triceps. 


The most commonly used arm workout to work 'the guns' 
is the bicep curls(the exercise on the top).
However, 
many tend to neglect the other side of the bicep.
The bicep is actually made up of two different muscles, thus, BIcep.
So to target the other side,
you will also needa add some hammer curls into your routine(the exercise on the bottom). 

Bicep curls: 3 sets x 10 reps
Hammer curls: 3 sets x 10 reps


&the muscle on the other side of your arms?
The tricep.
Dips are also commonly used to work these areas.
However, 
they can be quite challenging 
&straining for your shoulders.


If you feel the same for Dips,
you can try out these instead. 
For the one on the left, 
make sure to keep your elbows facing the front.
&as for the one on the right, 
start with a slightly lighter weight
cause it actually seems easier than it looks! 
For each exercise;
3 sets x 10 reps
